Reliqs
We want to stay mobile on this character to weave in and out. So, as much cooldown reduction as possible is great, so @Ardent Songbow is my go to pick. If you don't have @Ardent Songbow you can go for @Isochron's Timestaff instead.

We are missing some damage so to counter that we take @Sunweaver since we are using abilities so often and it doesn't have a cooldown, you can easily proc it 4+ on an engage. But if you have a high tier @Thunderbolt take that over @Sunweaver .

Grips
For the grips we just want pure % in CDR so both @Rabbit Paw and @Chrono Gauge will do great here. I'm thinking about trying out @Burning Palm and or @Frozen Palm when they are higher tier.

Kicks
For kicks, the increased dash distance you get from @Rocket High-Tops is BIS compared to @Bloodlust Boots for when you are running away and fighting, since most of your movement will come from abilities anyway. Another option is @Feystriders for just some more dash haste.

Perks
@Resilience is one of the best perks in the game since consumables can be very scarce sometimes. And it works well with the in and out angle, and you can just win by a war of attrition.

Other go to perks is @Armor Shredder and @Rapid Metabolism. Since it's hard to deal enough damage to actually kill someone while they still have armor and we can get cheeky pots in mid combat if we have walls to play with.

Spells
Your %Feysteel Chain is the most important part of the character to learn. You want it to go into fights and out of fights. And your @Ardent Songbow will help you keep the CDs low.

Don't be afraid to use %Volcanic Rebuke early in the fights to parry damage instead of executing enemies. You will try to %Adaptive Strike for that, but only use it if you've landed your %Feysteel Chain on the target and you can combo it together or the target is out of dashes since the %Adaptive Strike has a long cast time.

%Flame Step should be used really scarcely, mostly all in one go to kill someone, or one after another to dodge spells. But it is your go to spell for lining up good thethers when you're in trouble.

Some Combos
Setup combo:
Air Slam %Adaptive Strike -> easy %Feysteel Chain

Damage combo:
%Feysteel Chain -> Normal %Adaptive Strike -> %Feysteel Chain -> When %Adaptive Strike hits, immediatly
do the anti heal spin %Adaptive Strike, could even add the slam at the end as well but it's inconsistent.

Slide combo:
Keep momentum from Charged %Adaptive Strike or %Flame Step with using %Volcanic Rebuke at the end
