This Build enables Zeph's charged autos to hit like a truck.

I run @Ragesteel Gauntlet because the damage percentage is higher than @Power Gauntlet.
Zeph's charged autos are not affected by the attack speed slow by @Ragesteel Gauntlet so using charged autos 100% of the time is optimal.

@Longclaw Optics is used to offset the -20% range from @Black Rose , which in return, @Black Rose gives us 15/20/25 % physical damage buff.

@Sword of Seven Suns gives a 10/15/20 % buff to ALL of your damage. This includes your %Gale Force procs, %Windslinger, %Vortex Charm, and %Second Wind. You do lose 15 movement speed, which doesn't matter if you bhop. The -15% dash haste hurts more, but I max my dash second and run @Grace @Swiftness and @Feystriders to counteract that. You could go @Rocket High-Tops instead.

@Armor Shredder pops off in this build, landing two autos can get rid of half of the enemy's armor.

@Glider Booster and @Glider Coolant helps with bhopping and map traversal.

I don't like running @Harmonic Edge because it's expensive, hard to 3-star, and heavily relies on you hitting that fourth auto to get value from it.

I like maxing %Mending Breeze first as it has the most impact during the early and mid game fights. It also helps keep your @Grace active on yourself.

I max %Cyclone Dash second to offset @Sword of Seven Suns -15% dash haste by lowering the cooldown of %Cyclone Dash.

I rank up %Vortex Charm to rank 4 last because this build has no ability haste, and there's more value in ranking up the other two abilities earlier.
