Whereas most Crysta builds focus on flat Ability CDR we instead focus on the on-hit CDR from @Ardent Songbow & @Chrono Gauge, utilizing extra mobility we have to confirm the on-hits and create our feedback loop. If played well, you can spam your abilities just as much as other builds, but have more dashes as well, which can enable all sorts of things.

It's more difficult than the flat Ability CDR builds because of the the reliance on on-hits, so misses will be more punishing on your ability CDs, but good execution will be more rewarding.

Level 4 Dash Reset Overflow

The 50% dash refund on %Reverberation proc from level 4 %Double Dash has a somewhat unintuitive interaction where the refund will not overflow into the next dash charge. For example if I had both dashes on CD, the first with 10% left on it's CD, the 50% refund would only gives me that 10%. However, the flat on-hit CDR kicks in before that, so when the on-hit covers that 10%, you get to benefit from the full 50% on the next dash's CD.

Being on the favorable side of this interaction more often than can pay off with many more dashes than you'd think and it's what we're optimizing for with this build.

Equipment

@Ultimate Diadem - Standard Crysta Item, completely solves mana letting you play for extended fights & kiting more easily and adds a lot to your all in damage combos. Can also easily get multiple ults in a single fight at higher star levels.

@Ardent Songbow - Songbow is used instead of the more common @Isochron's Timestaff because it helps reduce dash CDs and increases the efficiency of your dash refund passive. It is however a lot more punishing when you're missing your passive procs than timestaff and thus is harder to play. Make sure to take your time with your LMBs to ensure they're landing and you're getting those passive procs, if done well it's peak is unmatched, but feel free to use Timestaff if it's giving you too much trouble.

@Chrono Gauge - The most standard of all Crysta equipment, combined with Songbow you get a ton of flat CD reduction synergizing exceptionally well with the dash passive by preventing the lvl 4 50% refund from applying to only the last small bit of a dash CD.

@Glove of Speed - This is used early game instead of @Rabbit Paw because it's a lot cheaper and gets you an extra 250g which can be used to buy elixirs, important for early game mana before you get @Ultimate Diadem. The Rabbit Paw upgrade is the least important part of the build so don't bother with it unless you have excess money.

@Rocket High-Tops - These boots are just OP. You can also go @Feystriders for a cheaper option. I often switch between them the extra dash haste is fun, but the high-tops are the safer pick.

@Be Kind, Rewind - Best Exotic for emphasizing the dashing style, gives a TON of dash haste and covers you when you get a little too ambitious with your extreme mobility.

Playstyle

With the increased emphasis on mobility on an already mobile character you can use dashes more often and more aggressively, dashing in and out with RMB + Q combos to chunk enemies. Mobility can also be a tool to manipulate enemies attention and split them up, if 2 enemies are chasing you that means your team's in a 2v1.

This build is significantly harder than the more popular Crysta builds as it's much more punishing if you end up missing you're abilities and passive procs. Put a much bigger emphasis on trying to land all your passive procs than trying to combo as fast as possible, you control the engagement with your mobility, you don't need to rush.

Otherwise you still can do all the standard Crysta things including having a bunch of fun, and all the while saving 700+ gold on the most popular builds.
