Abstract
This build utilizes Beebo's charged melee attack to CC enemies and beat them to a pulp. With your extra attack range from @Longclaw Optics and movement speed bonus from @Bloodlust Boots you're able to engage sooner and maintain melee range even if your opponents attempt to run. Additionally, with the help of @Grabby the Squid you can grapple to enemies with a fully charged swing ready to clobber anyone you can get your grubby little hands on.

Abilities Breakdown

%Bat - LMB // Primary Attack

With this build I highly recommend only using fully charged attacks as you're able to hold a charge with Bat through just about everything except for gliding and Tonk Tonk. While charging a swing you can: throw a bomb, dash, and use relic abilities. This allows for unexpected engagement and sneaky spikes since a fully charged Bat will spike opponents in one swing.

%Beeb-omb - Q // AOE Damage
Though we are focusing our stats into Primary Attack, we really want to utilize the power of our beeb-omb as an opener and/or closer for our fights, so if we're planning on fighting early we will want to get this ability to Level III as soon as possible (but we don't want Level IV for this build). Beeb-omb needs some time to charge up so if you see enemies near you or you're about to enter an area of high contention you should throw out this ability and charge your melee ready to hit it into the enemy team. You can hit Beeb-omb multiple times so don't be afraid to bat it around a bit to position it just right. Remember that Beeb-omb can stick to enemies so do your best to get a direct hit even though it has a large AOE range, this can guarantee secured kills without the need for you to get into melee range and take unnecessary damage. Beeb-omb also works well when ledge guarding enemies since its large AOE has a lot of potential to spike your enemies and you can hit them from incredibly far away with a bit of luck and some decent aim.

%Shwoop - Shift // Dash

Our dash may be the most important part of Beebo's kit for this build. Though we don't need to max it early since we have plenty of ranged options to deal damage to enemies and camps, it's still important for us to make this our Level IV ability.
